it's only the metacity theme that's in the file.

If you are asking WHERE you can download the theme (since that seems to be the most popular discussion at the link you provided), then take a second to search the web for it. There is a download link within the top 5 results from Google.

look at the scroll bar
that is the theme im looking for
murrine is the engine it runs on, its not a theme

Yes, and the engine comes with a program for making themes (the stripped appearance is an engine function)
And you already know what the Metacity theme is (the screenshot I posted uses a different one)
