I have 3 80GB HDD, plan organize them as follows:
1 HDD: 11GB for Windows and swap and the remaining to bakup
2 and 3 HDD with stripped RAID software for files

1 HDD = Primary Master
2 HDD = Primary Slave
3 HDD = Secondary Master

It is the best option for performance?

Wouldnt it be faster if:

HDD 1 Windows Raid 0
HDD 2 Windows Raid 0
HDD 3 Backup
