I think silverlight too can create good effects (hovering on the video pops the play,pause etc controls with a nice animation!)...

full screen doesn't work in firefox but works in IE i guess its beta.

also when in fullscreen controls do not disappear but try and just reappear overlaying the video.

i guess this is powered by silverlight?
