I have a picture I'd like to print a large print of.. it's an odd size and I've tried online services but they keep giving me error messages and telling me the quality won't be so good because of resizing.. can I print a blow up with my HP Photosmart 8450 on several 8x10's and put them together?? That even possible??? The image I was to print is...this is a scaled down version.. the actual image is 3008x1138 pixels...

what output size do you want to print this at? Try Calypsoinc.com I use them for all my model poster shots that are signed by my models, the quality is the best you'll find anywhere, but don't expect prices to be cheap, up to 16x20 is 25$ a pop. but they will have no problems printing it. Contact me or email me at evan@modelxposure.com if you want help or advise with this company, I highly recommend them.

Although this could look good if you printed it out on smaller photo paper then pinned them up next to each other.

you have to email them and ask them for the username:password for the ftp site to upload your work
Make sure you use one of their profiles first, and follow the directions under the "prefered section" so you can save a little bit on each print
Then after you upload your file to the guest ftp, send their customer service an email with your name, billing address/shipping address the name of the file, what type of print you want, what finish (glossy, matte, etc) the resolution of your image and the size you want it printed. They will confim with you, and then let you know when it's printed so you can provide your credit card information. They ship fairly quickly, I live about 80 miles or so from them, and get my prints within a day.
I recommend the Lightjet matte or semi gloss finishes, or if you're doing landscape, then glossy. you can also call their customer service number for assistance if you need it
