Hi All,

I have once attended a Photoshop CS3 session where the instructor explained the (Open as Raw) feature in a very basic and simple way. He linked each slider with a color shade such as (This one will only affect the darkest areas making them darker or lighter), etc.

But at the time I was not interested in Photography so I did not take any notes.

Can any one re-explain those sliders to me please?

I mean Recovery, Fill Light, Brightness, etc.

Thanks all.

Recovery lets you recover overexposed highlights. Fill light brings out shadows. Brightness..is brightness adjustment.
