A long hunt for my camera cord has only been followed by a long hunt for the software that's going to get my liter version of XP to recognize my easyshare c340 so I can upload a couple months worth of pictures. I downloaded what I thought was the proper thing from the Kodak website itself, but after uninstalling and reinstalling it half a dozen times with no positive results . So please give me a shove in the right direction so I can get my pictures and stop feeling all frustrated like v_v

This is exactly why I'm against nLiting Windows XP. You never know if it is really, really safe to remove parts of the OS.
Also, be more careful with your screenshot next time.
Install a copy of XP with scanner and cameras support. Removing it obviously wasn't the best idea.

The bundled software with cameras is always garbage. Go grab a memory card reader from the store (they're cheap, we have one for $5 at work) and get the pictures off that way.
