The handful of Windows 95 users remaining cannot update to IE6, so a usable website should still look correct in IE 5.5
Come on, that browser is like 8 years old. If it does not look right, tough luck. Can not expect website coders to support ALL versions of web browsers, especially those that do not comply what so ever to standards.
