Heeeeeeeeeeeeelp cry.gif

Just tried to turn on my iPod Shuffle, the green light goes on. I attempt to press Play then the light turns orange - pulses a few times. That's it!
No sound comes out of the earphones nothing.

It's still detecting with Windows and shows my songs are all there. Just won't play.

Great. Thanks for the advice. thumbs_up.gif

I hope it's not faulty.

So I ended up deleting all the albums and indexes and re-copying my music. Now it works! happy.gif

Ouch, my gf's shuffle had the exact prob, except it wouldnt charge at all, whatever juice was left on the battery would play out for a few seconds and then die. Apple store deemed it kaput confused.gif

She got the 6th gen Nano after.
