First of all what is the difference between an ati radeon XPRESS x1200 and an ati radeon x1200

secondly my ati x1200 supports directx 9.0c but in the details it says it suppots something different:

Video Card Driver Version (DirectX)

Your driver version number is: 7.01.01.771

why is this and thanks smile.gif

Radeon X1200 would be a graphics card, while Radeon XPRESS 1200 is a chipset with integrated graphics equivalent to an X1200.

I'm guessing 7.01.01.771 is the driver version according to how DirectX reports it.
shift.
ATI Radeon XPRESS 1200 is the chipset, while ATI Radeon 1200 is the integrated graphics processor that is provided along with the XPRESS 1200 chipset.
