I've been asked by a friend to do an acting portfolio for her. I have no problem, minus I dont exactly know an acting portfolio consists of.

In terms of equipment, specifically lighting, I have my two flash's which are wireless and I could possible get a third. If not I could use my school's movie lights. I think I have access to again, three lights.

What sort of shots are needed for an acting portfolio? I'm also assuming the final product needs to be printed 8x10 glossy, am I correct?

Head shots are probably going to be important. I'm not too sure beyond that.

Make sure to use something to diffuse the light off of your flashes. Flashes can produce quite unflattering light.

I figured headshots. I do have light diffusion covered. I have my umbrellas and what not.
