OK on all version of catalyst drivers they want to use my tv on the dvi-hdmi output as primary display if i choose my monitor as primary it still changes back to the tv when i restart the pc.

if i use linux it too chooses the tv as the main display so i think it is more to do with the card than drivers.

I have tried switching the outputs over as well, still the same.

Any ideas?
