Crappy shot I took earlier today
I'm just starting out with my first serious camera and I'm lovin it! Comments?
One last thing, how is everyone linking from flickr? The only way I see is to link to the static
dowload when you choose "All Sizes". Any other link ends in an error on our board.

Here's my very first picture in this thread:
I edited the picture in Adobe Lightroom (thanks to Bubbabyte for his custom filter). Of course, I made the filter even more custom by changing it and I love the effect it gives. I'll post more pictures once I get comfortable with my camera.
Camera: Fujifilm Finepix S1000fd - 10.0 megapixels
Software: Adobe Lightroom
Location: Park near a highway

Working on improving my nightshots. The camera shook a little on this one.
@basix:
1. Flickr: Goto all sizes and choose your desired size. Then right click and copy image location.
2. Neowin: Click on Insert Image from the toolbar and paste the image link you just copied.
3. Flickr: Go back to your photo's page and copy the url for the page from the browser's address bar.
4. Neowin: While the whole image tag is selected, click on Insert Link (right beside Insert Image) and paste the url.

Isn't there some old saying "it's not the camera you shoot with, but the picture you capture which counts" or something along those lines? Maybe I just made it up
However I agree, I'd too embarassed to show my work when I see so many great shots posted here lol
