I keep getting this popup

im getting the same thing (different ads at times)

The ads are at the bottom of the page, but are not working properly. They should blow up when you hover the cursor over them, but they are doing it without the mouse being down there, like if you are at the top of the page they'll still pop up, it is getting quite annoying.

Just reformatted and on Ie7 with nothing more than standard protection, not seeing anything here.

Neowin ads are not supposed to pop up like that.

Just thought I'd mention, the regional aspect doesn't look right either.

Circuit City is an American thing - so someone browsing from the UK shouldn't get any pointless ads like that anyway.

Yes I see a floating ad like this also but a lot smaller, really annoying man. Not a big problem just an annoyance you know. Can understand ads though this site is so good and free so I support the moderators.
