I just made my 2,000th post a few days ago without even realising it. Thanks to metallithrax for pointing it out to me!

As my sig says, I was the first member here to reach 1,000 posts, a grand 6.75 years ago now. So it took just 2 months for the first 1,000 posts, another 6.75 years for the next 1,000, which means I should hit 3,000 in... 273 years? I'm not sure if I've worked that out correctly, but anyhow it wouldn't surprise me if that was about right.

So here's to another 273 years of Neowin!
