WinRAR is like WinZip. It's evaluation but for some reason the evaluation never runs out.

this theme is awesome. the trillian and winamp match so well. i'm running it right now. KUDOS to all who helped put this together. i'd like to help if i can put together an entire package. like mozilla skin would be cool, wmp9, the possibilities are endless.

one question: my explorer crashes every time (explorer plus taskbar) when I try to view the wallpapers included with classix (thin and regular). anybody else experiencing this problem?

apart from that my system runs stable for days and weeks @full load.

just turn off the skins in true launch bar and it will look like the theme....

some questions.

how do i put the classix vertical banner in with the theme? i know it's in the goodies folder, but how do i include that in the theme?

also, shellplayer controls? what are these?

Shellplayer controls are for the media player that sits in your taskbar and came with early versions of Powertoys.

I have to say that just plain ol' sucks donkey balls I mean it's almost as bad as that stupid line on the taskbar.



Truth be told, I'm kinda digging the new start menu; no user pic is a bonus (I mean do you have any idea how uncool I look posting a desktop with a duck in the start menu...) and it just looks a little cleaner (more compact). I do still like the lighter 'tan' color though... hrm...

Yeah I kind of like that lighter beige color.. hmm brainstorm, I made a mock up of an alternate startmenu using that color I'll see if I post it.
I'm going to stick with the new start menu I made. The update should be done by the end of next week, much to be done still.

That black looks good, I just made myself a black today I think it looks pretty good. Keep up the good work.

I think the taskbar buttons need to be tweaked a bit in the SD version. How about something like this?

I would like to highly suggest you look into using one of these types of styles without the user name as I myself run server 2003 and am unable to have a user picture.

The Winamp skin is designed for 2.xx, not 3 - you can partly use 2.xx skins in 3 but certain components (such as the playlist) will not be skinned.

I may do a Winamp 3 one at some point, but at the moment I'm concentrating on the progs which I use as a priority (and which are best anyway so ).

If there is interest I will do the colour variations on the BSPlayer skin and upload them for people to download.

Alex, I made a new start menu without a user picture check page 19 for screenshots. The username is staying though.

I plan on making one (1) new color scheme but I haven't decided on the color. If there's a color you'd like to see give me the RGB values (not a screenshot) and I'll consider it. If you don't know how to get RGB values then tough.

I see your screenshot but I will openly and honestly say the "....." dots make it look horrible. Without those it's top notch

BTW, I've just started on the FAQ since I found some free time. I've already awnsered all the suggestions. Any more suggestions to put in before I convert it to HTML and go from there?
