These insane number of kills achievements are a god damn joke, thank god I won't be getting this game anyway.

Any mode means campaign can possibly be included? And does that mean a better MP?

I expect so, 10k kills was bloody insane, just for online.

100k is even more insane, but with the new mode being released (survive against waves and waves of enemies) this achievement doesn't seem as insane.

It's an okay list in my opinion.

The 100K can be done in any game mode iirc.

Any game mode, but that likely means any online mode.

100K kills over all the mode should less tedious than Seriously in GoW 1. Just play Horde and the campaign over and over.

The campaign will have some epic large-scale battles so getting 100k kills shouldn't be as bad as it sounds... but we'll definitely have to wait and see. I just want the game now though - I can't wait 3 more months

100K is still a hell of a lot. It will take hours to complete even if you sit down dedicated to unlock it

I play Gears of War enough that I've gotten all the achievements before the updated patch came out. I also knocked those 8 additional achievements out...very quick. Great achievements, game is going to be awesome.

I'd much rather have 100K over everything than 10K only in ranked matches, though. That way anytime I want to play it, it goes towards the achievement.

The achievements seem a whole lot more feasible than the first game, IMO. I think as a whole it should be easy if you want to get them all (not sure about the 50 levels of horde... that could be very hard).

Yeah, only a month or so ago Cliff was saying the internal testers couldn't get past something like level 27 to see how the game reacted in the later stages. I wonder if they've sorted out that small problem yet...

Oh definitely, but it's still going to take a long time to do it. Unless of course it's that damn crazy in SP with the big battles. I don't even know how people managed 10K kills in GOW1 so quickly. 4 people on each team and assuming you killed all 4 each time, that's like 2000+ matches

Hence the name of the achievement, man.
