So I can't seem to find a UXTheme patcher for Vista sad.gif

Can someone point me in the right direction as there are a few nice themes around I'd like to try.

Thanks
Roughneck
You can find the files here

Or try This:

VistaGlazz

(I don,t think it works with Vista x64 SP1)

If you don't want to risk messing up your system - you should try TuneUp Utilities 2008. It has a feature which can manage them for you, without patching your system smile.gif

as long as you follow the directions, theres not much risk in 'messing up your system'

Exactly, I used the one from WithinWindows that Roughneck has provided a link to. Working fine on two machines. I just added a .bak after the .exe on the original files after taking ownership of them, that way they are still there all I have to do is delete the modded ones, remove the .bak and reboot. Back to normal.

Hi,

If your unsure how to replace system files then you should use a pre-built application to apply the patch for you.

I'd recommend you load up VistaGlazz as mentioned up above...

Thanks
