I'd like to help in development of Windows Live Hotmail. Is there any legal way to become an official beta tester of this product?

They should give you a option whether to use the older hotmail or the new Hotmail web interface when you login from the settings.
Available beta programs can be found at connect.microsoft.com. While WL Hotmail may not be there for you to test, there are others that may fancy your interest.
Click your heals together 3 times and say "Theres no OS like Windows! Theres no OS like Windows!"...er..nervermind..that probably won't work.
