Full Version: How do I disable or turn off these popups?

Using IE6 with popup blocker turned on and also admuncher. But I'm still getting these flash popups (see picture). They pop up whenevery you hover over a link. Anyone know how to turn these things off without messing with the rest of the webpage? Thanks.

Is there a reason why you are using IE6? Some people do have their reasons...

They are intellitxt ads.
Websites such as Neowin use intellitxt to inject ads into text articles where it dynamically changes suitable words into ad links with the hover popups.
It's annoying and slows down website loading and ruins articles. Discussions of adblock isn't allowed on neowin though. But I'm guess if they didn't use intellitxt far less people would want to use adblock on neowin anyway. Intellitxt is the only thing close to popup ads in annoyance.
