Full Version: Best way to calibrate a MBP monitor?

Currently I dont have any money to get an Spyder. There is any way, software wise to calibrate my MBP monitor? I know I will not get results as the ones I could get with the device, but at least I want to have a somewhat adequate color display for prints.

As fas as I know ColorSync just verify and shows the current profiles installed.

no, you can also in a way calibrate it. its not perfect but you can:



just klick on what here is called "kalibrieren ..."

See if you can get a hold of some pro photographers or newspaper photogs who will let you borrow an external calibrator.
