I am not sure why a System Administrator would want to Deploy Google Chrome yet. It is extremely immature because it's so new - you can bet that there are heaps of security vulnerabilities and privacy concerns to come as it rapidly become more popular. Also the Google Update code transmits a userid and machineid to Google to keep track of your employees. It would be worth waiting a bit longer for it to mature into being enterprise ready

Never the less, if you still want to Deploy Google Chrome, here is how.
  1. Install Google Chrome on a computer
  2. Copy the %UserProfile%\Local Settings\Application Data\Google\Chrome\Application directory to the target PCs
  3. The Application folder does not have to be copied to %UserProfile%, Something like C:\Program Files\Google\Chrome\Application would probably be easier
  4. Deploy the following registry value for users who are permitted to use Google Chrome:
    [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Google\Update\Clients\{8A69D345-D564-463c-AFF1-A69D9E530F96}]
    "pv"="0.2.149.27"
