But seriously, I have no clue what to do with these. I suppose it's good to know which ones need to be documented, though.

I'm guessing you put these after the apps path in the target box when you right click on the shortcut and go to properties. Just a guess though.

I think they mean "what do these switches do?" rather than how to use the switches.

I think the switch for incognito mode is -sandbox.
