There aren't many left. Most of which don't look **** like Mac OS X; a "Mac" theme with a Vista look. Your best bet is to get a copy of WindowBlinds and use the Leopard theme available on WindowsEdge iVista project. Link

You will get the best result by using WindowBlinds.

This is a screenshot I took a while ago. It was an unfinished theme so there is no shadows or anything, but it gets the point across.
