Is there anyway, to change your video artwork in vista!?

I love how my music shows as album and single art!


However, being a perfectionist and liking my system perfect! Why can't I add MOVIE art, to my video files!? They look so ugly, and the icon used for them is usually black screen capture or the credits of the film!
