Hello.. can anyone please help me to find a app/preffpane ?

Its a verry cool app there will show a cd/dvd disc sliding in on the screen in front of the dvd drive when you insert af dvd/cd and it will countinue to spin until the disc is loaded

I have looked everywere for it, and i can´t find it.. help me please..
