Okay, I realize this is on the extreme side of things, but can it be achieved that the window title text is displayed in the center of the titlebar, instead of the left edge? Preferably leaving the program icon on the left, and only moving the text to the center.

WindowBlind can do it...

Yeah, well, truth be told, I'm looking to do this on Windows 7. But even if I was using Vista I would prefer not to use WindowBlinds for this little tweak.
