nice style I do agree, but shouldn't this be in the windows blinds area?

yea - for this visual style user this is just a tease. Nice job, wish I could use it.

Anyone care to point me on an installation guide?

I tried downloading windows blinds but when i try to add the visual style it says its missing a file.

I already unptahced my uxtheme i think
