Im sure i read on Neowin somewhere, someone had updated the Vista Basic theme with glossy titlebars and such but i cant seem to find it now, can anyone point me in the right direction?

I really hope Microsoft could build upon their Basic theme. Even the little things added by Panda X makes the theme a lot more livelier.

I wish Microsoft would update the Vista Basic theme too, similar to what Panda X did. I wouldn't mind losing the rounded corners, personally.
