I've been receiving these errors almost constantly in the past year or so while trying to view flash videos inside firefox. I receive no errors what so ever with the same sites/videos in IE.
I actually quit using firefox for a while and tried to use IE only, due to them, but it didnt work out since i missed my firefox.

it gives me two options: Dismiss, or continue.

I usually hit dismiss because if i hit continue, they will pop up again, and sometimes the video just will not play.

So i usually just ignore it, and open up ie when i wanna view a site that i get the errors on ,but thats annoying. I should be able to watch the videos in firefox fine without the errors, SO i decided to try to find the cause of them, but cant find anything.

Does anyone know what causes this? I am using windows 7 rc now, but it happened under vista too.

The only other thing that i can think of that could be causing anything is the 64bit os, but i dunno.

Does anyone else get this problem? And does anyone know how to resolve it?

thanks
Boz
That's mostly when the code in Actionscript is not working exactly right.. It's calling classes within the code that are problematic. It's not a Firefox issue or Flash Player issue. It's the site.

i get them only when i use firefox though. everything is fine in IE.

I get them alot on msnbc's video site, and others.

Is there a way to lower the warning settings? SO it just plays the video as it does inIE, and not prompt me for the errors constantly?

Well IE version of Flash player is probably more lenient to errors. But those errors you see are bugs and bad calls to certain classes in Flash (AS3 most likely).

Not sure about specific settings for this.. but look here:

What's the version of Flash player you are using on Firefox and what's the version you are using on IE.. I'm pretty sure you might be running Flash Player 10 on IE and Flash Player 9 on FF.

Post what version you have.
