I was wondering how to change the color of the toolbar in windows vista, more specifically this toolbar.

Thanks

You will have to hack the MSSTYLES file and replace that image with the one you want.

I made my own skin and also have done this, but I used a program called Visual Style Builder which costs money.
I'm sure there's a guide out there (maybe one of UK.Intel's) that will show you which image number to look for in the file to replace with.
It can get dirty, so always make yourself a backup.

Edit 641.png and 851.png in aero.msstyles.

I concur with the person above me. If you made that skin, can you distribute it?
