I'm using Firefox 3.0.1.0 and have the Shockwave Flash 10.0 r12 add-on for firefox. I notice that when I have the flash add-on enabled, I will pretty consistently end up having FF crash. However, when I turn the add-on off, I can run firefox with no issues.
Firefox seems to crash randomly too, as I don't have to necessarily be on a site that uses flash, or at least I don't notice any flash on the site. So there's no specific site that I can go to that will cause FF to crash.
I've just been running without flash for the time being, but it's somewhat annoying with how many sites utilize flash.
Anyone have any ideas as to how I can prevent the FF crashing?

I've created a new profile and allowed the flash plugin to work, but that just caused FF to crash again...
Hmmm, I'm using 10.0 r22. Tried updating your version?

Just updated to r22... haven't seen any crashes yet in the first few minutes. Hopefully that fixes the issue, as it'd be a lot nicer to run with flash enabled rather than disabled.
