Any ideas if there is a desktop shuffle application or hack to enable the desktop shuffle effect from Windows 7 in Vista?

I've done some searches, but came up with old and defunct programs (ie. SSdream, Desktop Wallpaper gadget).

I wonder if Dreamscene in Vista can do it with images instead of video?
