Hey guys, I'm working on a new VS for vista and the mockup of the start menu i had has the top border slightly thicker than the default. I've tried UK.Intel's hex editing guide to increase the size but its not too clear on where exactly to insert the new values. I'd appreciate if someone could clarify how to do it, or help in anyway.
