I'm getting a large memory leak on the Ubisoft Splinter Cell: Conviction website. It seems to be propagated by scrolling through the video carousel. Memory usage drops down to normal after navigating from the page. Other flash websites don't seem to be having a problem. Anyone else seeing this?

No, the problem isn't replicated in my PC. The only difference is I'm using x64 version of Windows.
Yeah, memory usage keeps rising in Firefox 3.5.2 (with Flash 10.0.32.18) on Windows 7 32bit.

Replicated it here, it's a Flash bug of course.

Memory usage kept going up and up to well over 300MB... I had to close it (which took a while) using OS X Tiger, FF 3.5.2 and 640MB RAM.

Definitely a flash thing. Opened it in chrome and the ram use went up to over 500mb of ram. Chrome's own task manager is reporting that flash is using all that ram

Replicated the problem with Google Chrome 4.0.203.2, Memory shot up well over 300 MB, and caused my machine to not only get sluggish, but become unresponsive for bits at a time. Tested it on FF 3.5 as well, same issue. Other flash sites are fine though.

Sorry about not providing the link; that was pretty dumb. Upgraded Flash to 10.0.32.18 and still have the problem. Occurs in IE 8 as expected, too.
So is this more likely a problem with the Ubisoft website or the Adobe Flash application?

Usage in Opera is unusually high (about 350MB) but it doesn't actually leak, it stays about that level.

deffo flash, cpu usage goes through the roof too, I scrolled through some of the carousel and ended up with 72% CPU and over 1.3GB mem (On Win 7 RC x64, Fx 3.5.2) IE8 did the same, didnt note the figures though but mem usage was around the same and CPU pretty close to that. Close the tab its in and boom, back to 0-1% CPU and 360k Mem

confirmed here. x64 win7
CPU skyrocket and memory steadily climbing.
It happens here to...
After navigating a bit it got over 1.4GB of ram usage and about 40% CPU.
After I closed that tab it got back to 92MB of RAM...

(Using Ubuntu 9.04, firefox 3.5.4 pre - Shiretoko)
ScreenShot :
got memory usage rising above 500mb...then closed it
snow leopard, firefox 3.5.2

Seems that Flash is what is causing it. *sigh*
