Was wondering if anyone has purchased or used this camera. What is your opinion of it?

Kodak cameras are generally not highly regarded. What is your budget and do you have any form-factor preferences?

For a point and shoot I'd recommend looking into the Canon Powershot A series, the Panasonic Lumix series or the Sony W series.

EDIT: OK, finally found some info on the Z980, it looks much better than I thought, however at $400 you're almost hitting Entry Level DSLR prices, what do you want the camera for?
