I'm pretty new to using userChrome.js and would love some help. I'm trying to install the following script:

I have installed userChromeJS extention but don't know how to install the Sub-Script/XUL Loader or Stop-Reload-Safari4.uc.js. What steps should i take to make this work?

Go here and get the Sub-Script/XUL Loader. Save it as script loader.js in your current profile’s chrome folder (i.e., if you are on a Mac, it’s in /Users/username/Library/ApplicationSupport/Firefox/Profiles/something.default/chrome) and restart Firefox.
Now, if only I could get Star-Location-Safari4.uc.js and Stop-Reload-Safari4.uc.js… my proxy blocks GetDropBox.
