I just recently stepped on a scale for the first time in like... 4 months.
I used to weigh like 225.. 220?
I'm down to 205. I don't know how I did it. I guess all the water I'm drinking and only eating when my body says "Hey moron, you're getting hungry.." really sort of works.

Congrats, I was pushing 225-230 a few years back, I got all the way down to 182 then been hanging in the mid 190's. I'm on a push to get down to between 160-170. The most noticible differences for me was the belt my wife gave me as a present when I was up to 210. I actually reached a point where I couldn't wear this belt being to big, then as lost the fat, I had to have the belt shortened so I could still wear it. I'm sure I'll have to shorten it again when I approach 170. Other things are how my clothes fit me, I can wear some some things I couldn't before, I still wear some of the bigger clothes which are baggy. I've done it primarily though diet and exercise. Changing diet habits is the major thing, then increasing exercise falls in line with the whole weight loss and feeling better.
