There is a problem with the transperancy, make sure the transperant parts of the bitmaps are 255, 0, 255.

those numbers are the pinky colour's right?

Yep, those are the ones. You are pretty close, but it has to be exact to show up as transperant.

Nice theme, glad to see we finally have a neowin theme!

It's an.. okay start. At least you have the colors down. Try to make the title bars similar to the NeoWin shape.. like.. uneven and stuff.

When are you going to finish this theme? Or are you making new themes I like the new blue theme that neowin.net has..

change the transparency thing the text in the title bar should be in another color for easier reading. then it'll be all cool
