I ( mr magoo ) have closed this thread. Its a mindless, childish discussion which ultimatly helps nobody. Unique has promised me that he will have a new version out by the end of this weekend, so stay tuned.

ok....few things that I want to change, and I want to hear what you all think should be different too. Think of this as a feeler....recommend a new start button, I dunna like the one that is there. Caption buttons are being redone as I type...other than that, post any bugs and changes you feel needed. A shellstyle is also currently in devel....as I have never done one, I am taking my time. once all that is done, a full release will be on the books.

This theme is by myself and Xeon, there will be a luna 3 in the works in the next couple of weeks...once this one is done, which will include more colours etc....

nice theme, i've been waiting for this for a while ... one complaint tho, the font on the start menu is too small, at 1600x1200, i can barely read the text, i've altered all my display font settings but none of them seem to change the start menu font.

You could change the start button, really looks ugly

Very nice theme, it was well worth the wait!

The only possible suggestion I can offer is perhaps more standardized fonts and sizes. In a few areas, the fonts are pretty small and you may also want to consider defaulting most of the fonts to Arial or Tahoma.

Awesome theme! The only problem I see is the text of items in the taskbar, it's extremely hard to read using my 1280x960 resolution.

great style, it is designed very well. Besides the start button, I havent found anything wrong with it.

And adding a reg sized start menu would be nice too.

The button in the taskbar are really thin, the fonts are barely readable, also the window's bar is too thin, maybe resized it to a regular size?

the start button was good the way it was before (the one you posted as a preview), maybe.... add the text "Start" using the font Xeon posted in his Luna II MOD 1.2


Never the less, start menu is great, color scheme is amazing, minized, maximized and close buttons are great, systray area is superb.....

I like this a lot.

Well done buddy. Defo need to rethink that god awful startbutton, but appart from that this has the potential to be one of the most proffessional bedroom themes ever made

I cant beleive its here.

1. The start button you had in your screenshot last week was way better.
2. When new windows open on the taskbar that havt been seen yet, its hard to tell cause its a really similar blue. An orange (like luna) or maybe a teal would be cool.
3. Mouse over on the window buttons would be nice. (maximize, minimzie, close)
4. The space between the Programs in the All programs list on the start panel could be shrunk down, its really large and spaced out.

Nice Unique, the startmenu looks great. Couple of bugs here and there but nothing major.

has the perfect size , maybe increasing it to that size will make this theme perfect, as for mouse over.... I think it should be left like the one you have right now unique (sorry biko... )

Wow, this is very well done!!.. Although, at least a shutdown button should be added, and space between the entrys in the programs list should be lessened.

Maybe the start button could be the plain white Windows flag. That would look really nice. The widgets are already great as they are. Very nice job!

I still think this user pic would've made a nice start button...

OK - 0.6 is big improvement over 0.5. Start button is much better - though mouseover effect would be preferable in later versions. Thankyou for replacing the shutdown computer button also - was getting a little worried.

As for the yellow mentioned i beleive the following picture is in reference to their statements:

I agree with smitjel im not too fond of the raised start button so ill still use 0.5.

good work... though i do have a few critiques...

- i dont really like the taskbar being thin... perhaps you could have a thic taskbar version?
- those yeallow rollovers for the tabs
- start button
- thin titlebars

and there seems to be a smalll bug in the start menu:
ive got my icons at 64*64, and the my computer, control panel etc icons in the start menu appear squashed horizontally, see ss...

The flat start button would be good ... but give him a little break... he's still hunting down for bugs too!

I would request a NOT THIN taskbar/start menu version. And if in that version you could add the possibility to view the user's account image and name in the start menu... I hope this is not too much asking
