First off, big thanks to KoL for giving me permission to mod his Smooth Stripes Sunken visual style.

Latest Version: Puma 1.1

- Increased start panel size (no text cut-off)
- Fixed start panel border (on Ice and Platinum)
- Added fonts to archive

About

Puma is a professional style that contains three colour variations, each with its own MobyDock skin.

Install recommendations

1. Use black mouse pointers (shipped with XP)
2. Use Windows Classic view - no shellstyle (from explorer window: Tools -> Folder Options)
3. Use large icons if you really feel yourself in 'Mac-mode' (Display Properties -> Appearance -> Effects -> Use Large Icons)
4. Use realistic font (Display Properties -> Appearance -> Effects -> Smooth screen fonts with ClearType)

Regarding walls, { j a c e } will be putting a thread up with them. The one in the screeny is a mod of one of Xero's, I'll ask him if he minds me releasing it!

i usually hate aqua type themes... dunno why, i really like this one though. good job

Puma 1.1 is out, link on first post, fixed a couple of things...

I just noticed something in Firebird

- Plans to convert to borderless?

- Recommending you darken the highlight color of the buttons in Explorer (Back/Forward, etc)

- Planning to do something with scrollbar arrows? They look ugly with the little empty triangles between the edge of the arrow button and the rounded scrollbar (use the background of the scrollbar to make the rounded arrow parts?)

- Shellstyles

- Any more possibilities for a Start Button?

- All the buttons on Neowin (http://, IMG, @, QUOTE, CODE, LIST) look messed up in Firebird.

- Decrease the size of the Taskbar resizing gripper. Its way too thick IMHO for those who autohide their taskbar.

- Right side panel on Start Menu is too thin. Try centering the seperator, or increasing the margin.
