Elliott
The stability of the app on iOS 5 is atrocious, and the app just had a certain quality about it that makes it feel "Android-y". Not impressed.

I was comparing the Facebook app to the Google+ app because they're both social networking apps. I don't think the Facebook app is particularly great either, but it didn't absolutely disingrate and crash any time I tried to do any single thing in iOS 5. Would you prefer I talk about the Twitter app instead? That app works perfectly in iOS 5. you mean the finger swiping to get to the next section? that's an android trait for sure... And the custom tab bars. There's just no reason for it.

It's a pretty good example of bad application design when you can't withstand some API upgrades. There are quite a few apps that still don't work correctly on iOS 5. Safari is one of them. Can't hold it against anyone yet.
