Pink splashes on a screen while gaming

Hello there Neowinians!

So I have this mid 2011 21.5" iMac for about 4 month now and had absolutely no issues at all. Yesterday I've been playing Driver: San Francisco via BootCamp on the Windows7, and after playing for about an hour, screen started to show me pink splashes and lines. I've immediately alt-tabbed and started to check for the GPU temps via AtiTrayTools. The temps were pretty ok to me (68-70C). When I got back to the game, splashes were gone.

I started to search the web for any GPU issues on the latest iMacs and didn't found anything similar to the issues I have.

My GPU is 6750M 512MB.

I'm not a huge gamer, but last week I played Gears of War co-op with my mate for about 4 hrs and didn't had any problems.

So anyone heard about issues like this? I'm going to look maybe for different drivers today and will try to play again :ermm:

I used to have this on Older ATI hardware often, was always down to the drivers. Just install the latest ATI Mobility Drivers from the AMD Website :)

Thanks for the reply. Just installed the latest drivers from the Mobility section on the ATI web site. FYI drivers from the iMac section are 9 month old.

Played for a bit. Runs fine. Hope I'll never see it again.
