*Slight topic steal* What are the benefits of upgrading and how would one go about it?

Benefits? - Well that's still to be decided as we don't have full details about ICS. It's being announced next week October 11th!

Depending on your phone of-course you'll just connect it to the software for your phone (Samsung = Kies, HTC = HTC Sync) or via OTA and then that'll download it once they've made it ready. Ofcourse if you are running Nexus device, you'll probably get it nice and early.

$500 unlocked. Wasn't going much over that! :D

You can now get it in the USA on contract however, slight different than the international version but still the same beast inside.
