Access iCloud Photo Stream from Windows PC?

Does anyone know if there is a way to access the iCloud Photo Stream from my Windows PC? There doesn't appear to be an interface for it at www.icloud.com.

Apparently you have to come across the following iCloud control panel for Windows beta

icloud _ control_panel _for_windows beta 4.zip :shifty:

Once that is installed you can access the iCloud control panel and set a spot for it to download Photo Stream photos to. There is also an Upload Photos folder that will place photos in your photo stream for you. Nifty.
