Advice on Employee Scheduling software

Hey everyone,

So I just got a new promotion and I am taking over a 24hr department at a local hospital. All the scheduling that's posted is hand done. I wanted to find a program I could purchase to plug in schedules to make it neater. Any suggestions?

Do the employees pick their shifts or do you control it for them?
