Does anyone here own a Garmin Nuvi 2460LMT?

I'm looking to buy a new GPS for my SUV. I currently have Garmin Nuvi 660 that I bought it back in 2008. There are some things that annoy me about it.

For instance.

1) When I set a route I can no longer see how fast I'm driving on the main menu, while it's giving me directions

2) As the map moves forward it's sort of jerky, to the point where you might miss a turn off before the GPS catches up.

3) This next one isn't an annoyance as much as a feature I would like to see and am wondering if the 2460 has it. I would like to tell me when I'm arriving at a town what the name of the town is, like "you are driving through Hellville". This is not a feature I need but would be one that would be nice to have.

4) Whenever I turn on the car if it gives power to the GPS and it turns on (which is good) then it gives me some retarded message about make sure you don't use the thing while you are driving and you have to remove that message from the screen or wait and it will go away. I HATE that. Just tell me that once and never tell me that again. Half the time by the time the GPS turns on you are already moving and then you have to explicitly do what it's telling you not to do just to get the bitch off the screen. I would love to see it once and tell it to never show me this again and go straight to the map.

So if you own the new 2460LMT let me know if it has these issues, or just give me your thought of the unit as a whole.

I have never owned a GPS and know very little, but re: #4, isn't that a legal thing? Whenever I'm in a car with a GPS, it does that regardless of model.
