Outlook 2010 Default account borked cant get outlook to open

Hi all,

I setup a new machine and for outlook 2010, i cant get past the screen below. Is there a way to get back to the intiail load screen? This happens each time i try to open the application. I should also say that as soon as I hit ok, the application closes.

Control Panel > Mail > Email Accounts

From there you can try a repair, or delete and recreate the account.

sounds like the ost is corrupt....delete the ost file, take off cached exchange mode, enable cached exchange mode and you are done.

in classic control panel there is a mail cpl item that you can do this in. you will have to delete through my computer.

^^ This. Worked for me in the past and got me back up and running without looking for a million utilities to try and fix the file.
