One question, why would you do this when you have Mac OS Dashboard and Windows Gadgets which offer better functionality already?

Make it for Windows Desktop Gadget, and make sure it doesn't use a lot of RAM (I had Simple Date and it was a hog!) and I'd use it. I LOVE the clock, and I use LauncherPro's version.

I guess you haven't noticed, but Windows Desktop Gadgets are a dying breed now that Microsoft has all but shut down their gallery for them.

If you try to use XWidget, you will get the answer:
1、XWidget use less memery only 1M ,and Windows Gadgets take 10M more memery.
2、You can edit widget with Visual Editor ,just right click "Edit"
3、User Experience perfect more than Windows Gadgets

Come on, I just want use it in the right way. And honestly, I should to say gadget is really waste my memory.

XWidget's HTC widget only take 1M memory, Less than others 1/10.
