Help: Software to merge old MSN/ICQ/... chat logs into Adium?

Heya guys,

I'm looking for a software that I lost track of.

It's a software to merge old chat logs of icq/wlm/meebo/trillian/YIM/... into Adium.

Obviously I don't know its name anymore, but I know that it had a website with a domain that described/named the application quite precisely.

Anyone know what I mean?

Also, I managed to find an old web alias on my dropbox and the website seems down.

Obviously I'd need a download, too though and preferable - alternatives or if the project moved - the new home of it on the internet.
