Access 2007 print preview right-click issues

Basically I get two different options when right-clicking an Access report in "print-preview". I'm stumped as to what the difference could be.

This is what we want it to look like:

This is what it looks like on a few workstations:

post-72609-0-49607700-1319058472_thumb.j

Anyone have any ideas?
